Grab your squad or join a team by March 30th, and compete in our first ever Team Fitness Challenge! Each team will work with our Personal Trainers, earning points through losing % bodyfat and participating in various healthy habit throughout the challenge period. Prizes will be awarded for individual and team efforts!

Fighting Back: Personal Safety/Self-Defense Program

Youth and Adults Personal Safety/Self-Defense Seminar

For ages 7+, this class strives to enhance awareness and skills around preventing and handling theft, active-shooter situations, abduction, home invasion, car-jacking, weapon-retention, street-survival, and much more.

Youth Personal Safety/Self-Defense Classes

Youth, ages 7-17, will empower students while they learn basic and advanced kid-safe self-defense/martial arts, and easy to learn responses to typical self-defense situations.

Dates/Times: Tuesday and Thursdays @ 7-8pm

Personal Training At The Kroc

The Kroc Center’s nationally-certified personal trainers are passionate about health and fitness. Whether you’re just starting out, taking your workout to the next level our trainers can help you maximize your work out time, provide basic nutrition and weight loss tips, identify problem areas, and keep you on track with your goals!

Individual Training

Your 30- or 60-minute one-on-one sessions with a certified personal trainer includes body fat testing and a specialized program designed to meet your specific needs and personal goals.

30-Minute Session Rates

  • Single session: Members - $18; Non Members - $25.
  • Five sessions: Members - $70/total; Non Members - $105/total
  • Ten sessions: Members - $125/total; Non Members - $200/total

60-Minute Session Rates

  • Single session: Members - $30; Non Members - $45.
  • Five sessions: Members - $135/total; Non Members - $210/total
  • Ten sessions: Members - $250/total; Non Members - $400/total

Train with a Friend

Grab a buddy and receive personalized guidance, complete with tips and techniques in a 60-minute training session.

  • Single session: Members - $40; Non Members - $60
  • Five Sessions: Members $174/total; Non Members $261/total
  • Ten Sessions: Members $332/total; Non Members $498/total

Kroc Teen Fitness

Available for ages 12-15. This training session is designed to introduce teens to strength training and use of the cardio machines in the Fitness Center. Teens will receive instruction on proper use of the equipment, learn about basic human movement and go into detail on exercise form. After completing the training session, teens will receive special permission to use the Fitness Center (with parent present at all times). Prime Time for Seniors

Prime Time for Seniors gives an all-access pass for those ages 55+ to Kroc’s Prime Time Programs, including weekly lunch gatherings on Tuesdays from 11am - 1pm (lunch served at 12pm), Tuesday movies, and all the Prime Time fitness classes!

Adults over 55 who qualify for Silver and Fit®,  SilverSneakers®, or Renew® insurance programs, receive a free membership, including unlimited participation in our fitness classes, and all the Prime Time benefits!

Active & Fit

Active & Fit commercial members (ages 18 – 64) may obtain a no-cost or 
low-cost membership at participating fitness facilities through their health plan coverage. 
Members have access to cardiovascular equipment, resistance and strength training equipment, 
as well as any standard classes or amenities.
